    The Airport MRT is the quickest way to reach Taipei city centre from the airport, taking around 35 minutes. Taxis are also available, and will take you downtown in approximately 50 minutes. There are also numerous local buses available.

    Visitors can take the MRT Red Line directly to Tamsui, located in the north of Taipei, where locals love to relax and spend their weekends. Tamsui Old Street features a charming boardwalk brimming with Dutch colonial monuments and picturesque local restaurants that are ideal for a sunset dinner.
